At Nila Groceries, we do our best to handle every order with care — but a smooth delivery depends on both sides. Please take a moment to read the following.
On the delivery day, please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Couriers typically cannot wait and a missed delivery may result in the order being returned. If you miss a delivery, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us.
For perishable and fresh products, we cannot process refunds if the parcel is uncollected, refused, or a delivery is missed. Due to the nature of these items, this policy is fixed.
If you need anything specific during delivery — such as a call before arrival or a preferred time slot — please add it in the order notes before placing your order. This helps us coordinate with the courier.
For returns, refunds are processed only after we receive the item back and verify its condition.
If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be placed on hold or a similar item substituted to maintain your order value.
