🍳 Cooking Instructions
- Boil water with a little salt and oil.
- Add the hot water slowly to the idiyappam flour.
- Mix and knead into a soft dough.
- Fill the dough into an idiyappam press.
- Press onto idli plates or steaming plates.
- Steam for 5–8 minutes until cooked.
- Serve hot with coconut milk, kurma, chutney, or curry.
