Instant Idiyappam is a ready-to-cook rice-based product used to prepare soft and traditional South Indian string hoppers quickly and easily. It is suitable for breakfast and dinner recipes.

🧾 Ingredients

  • Rice Flour
  • Salt

🍳 Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil water with a little salt and oil.
  2. Add the hot water slowly to the idiyappam flour.
  3. Mix and knead into a soft dough.
  4. Fill the dough into an idiyappam press.
  5. Press onto idli plates or steaming plates.
  6. Steam for 5–8 minutes until cooked.
  7. Serve hot with coconut milk, kurma, chutney, or curry.
